BRANDON PARADE OF LIGHTS APPLICATION ENTRY FORM 
Limited to the FIRST 100 approved entries received via email.

In order to proceed with your application to participate, you must have the following:

• Proof of Insurance – Certificate of Insurance (COI) or Auto Insurance Policy Card (for personal vehicle entries) (Upload required in the application form.)

• Valid Driver’s License (for all drivers participating in the parade)

• Completed application for participation

• Payment

• IRS Declaration Letter (for non-profit entries)

Non-Profit Organization - $50

(Must include a copy of IRS determination letter)

Corporate/Commercial - $100

(Business, Krewe, or For-Profit Organizations)

Hillsborough Cty. School - FREE

(Marching bands, Drumlines, Drill Teams, Boys/Girls Scouts)

All fees are Non-Refundable. Registration fees will only be returned if the applicant is not accepted by

the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce & Valrico/FishHawk Chamber of Commerce.
